The homes in Grand Pointe Meadows were built with a consistent aesthetic. With that in mind , the GPM HOA has established the Appearance Review Commission (ARC), a group that is tasked with reviewing residents' plans for changes to the exteriors of homes within GPM. The HOA approval is necessary in addition to any Village of West Dundee permits and/or approvals that might apply.

 

If you are considering painting your home, adding a deck, or any other exterior modification, please adhere to the following steps:

Step 1

Download the Exterior Modification Form.

 

Step 2

Complete the form and submit it according to the instructions at the bottom of the form itself. The submission should include documentation that shows the location of the work, material type, colors, etc. Should you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact the GPM management company, Rage Management, at 847-742-5555.

 

Step 3

Await a response from the ARC and/or the management company. The ARC will review the submission within five (5) business days and will convey its findings within that timeframe. In the unlikely event that the application for the  work is denied, residents can request an appeal hearing with the full HOA.
